There was initially not quite enough attention to detail for a Gold wash in the boot area. It was certainly not up to that Gold standard. However, on my next visit, I mentioned the problem, and they could not have been more helpful. It is truly an amazing service, and I am not going anywhere else to have our cars cleaned. They put the matter right, with no questions asked. You do not see this type of customer service these days in many businesses. Thank you, guys!
