Accidentally put diesel in a petrol, called the company and they sent out a guy named Jordan. Fantastic bloke and excellent customer service, sorted everything out and got the car back up running.Only advise and heads up I will give is on the E.T.A?

Well, my first encounter with this company was a complete and utter shambles. I had just come across this site as matter of urgency, and due to the series of good reviews. I thought I was onto something good. The company tried to defraud me of almost £400 for just the refuelling of my car with 20 litres of petrol.Due to suffering a recent bereavement I was none the wiser and thought this was an innocent price - though I did have my reservations I believed in their expertise. Only for the worker to arrive and be in complete disgust over what I was being charged. He just couldn't justify charging me that price for a can of petrol.Long story short, he refused to take the balance from me and only made me pay £40.The lady that I spoke to by the name of NORA should be ashamed. I called her whilst the worker was here and put the call on loud speaker only for her to say the following:- He doesn't understand how the business works- He doesn't know what he is doingImagine going on evening callouts only for someone, your employer, to degrade you on loudspeaker like that!Oh, and to make matters worse, she hung up on me. I mean how is that for customer service. She then called the worker gave him an earful. The worker still refused to charge me, and she hung up on him too.They took my £75 deposit, and I know they won't give it back to me, but better for them to take that than £328.PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!!!!! What a terrible first experienceAs for the worker who's name was Brian, GOD BLESS YOU. Even in time of my grief you were understanding, morally correct, a true gentleman who wasn't there to take advantage. Enjoy those drinks, it's the least I could do ;)

BRILLIANT! Honestly these guys were a lifesaver! Helped me out of a tight spot after I put petrol in my diesel. Zolee was super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, he came quickly and had my car drained within the hour. Totally worth the £360 cost! Thanks Fuel Fixer!

Never use this company! They're useless cowboys.Don't waste your money and don't succumb to the scaremongering the people on the phone spout!STEER CLEAR!

Used Fuel Fixer today following fuel being contaminated with water at the local garage. Under an hour after calling, Bela arrived and got it sorted. He explained everything he was doing and was very polite and efficient. Would definately recommend this company.

Pushy unpleasant RIP off merchants - you can do much better. Sales experience: Called yesterday to get a quote. The quote was £390 inc Vat - over £200 more than two other companies quoted, one which was recommended by my insurance company. The lady was incredibly pushy, using every scaremongering tactic going to try and get me to book. When I said I would get other quotes she immediately dropped to £300 if I committed (which I didn?t). She then called me back less then 5 mins later whilst I was in a call with a different company getting a quote to see if I?d accept the quote, badmouthing the other alternatives I?d found.Based on that alone I lost all confidence.I also then learnt they were on watchdog for dodgy practices. You can still find the article online. AVOID!

Never thought I would be the guy that puts petrol into a diesel car but here we are...Fuel fixer was very professional and quick to come to the rescue. The technician was a lovely guy who took his time to explain what he was doing and the car actually runs better now than it did before as I think they used some lubricant to clean the engine before adding new clean fuel.

I stupidly put adblue into my vans diesel engine. Phoned fuel fixer as they were top of Google. Was quoted 599+vat. Ok my fault so I agreed. Engineer shows up, very good at his job and got the van running like clockwork. Happy days. Great service. Only one thing bothering me is that I was charged a further £40 after the work was done for diesel. States on website that its all part of the deal. Fuel fixer are really expensive anyway, not that I'm complaining as the service is good. But is there any need to take the piss

Made the regrettable mistake of mis-fuelling, called fuel fixer and they were very reassuring and said someone was on the way within 30mins, and he actually came within 15, was a very nice gentlemen who finished service well and didn?t try and tricks, and we?d even phoned another company before this who took hours and messed us up. Amazing company! Thanks. His only focus was to fix the car properly with care and get us on our way. Would reccomend

My 81yr old mother filled her petrol car with diesel and phoned me in a panic and very upset. Call Fuel fixers who gave me a price and I was told somebody would be with us in 90 mins which they were . Took approx 2hrs to get the car up and running again A brilliant service sorted out by a really nice , friendly polite chap and charged exactly what was quoted. Its not cheap by any means and definitely an expensive mistake but it took him 90min to get to us , 2 hours labour then 90 min to his next job plus his fuel , wear and tear on his vehicle and disposal of contaminated fuel so in my opinion the price was spot on and people need to realise and think about this before leaving negative reviews regarding the cost. Not sure who came out to us but please thank him for us . Many many thanks

Called and was told I would be about one hour and 10 mins waiting for the engineer to get to me. The engineer then rang to say he would be one hour. An hour and 30 mins later no one had shown up. I had to cancel and call another company who were with me in the time specified and we're also a third of the total price cheaper.

I made the error, thought I was filling up with ?superior diesel? and later discovered when my car died, that I?d used the incorrect ?Superior? fuel. Fuel Fixer arrived within an hour and 40 minutes later I was back in the road. Brilliant service both from the company and the gent (I think his name is Balazs) who helped me.

Came out within an hour of contacting them, the guy who debowsed our Land Rover at Polegate was really friendly. Highly recommend, thank you so much. Saved out trip (RAC was going to be 6 hours)

Absolute rip off, they try quoting me £500 + vat to drain my car, what a rip off, paid £150 to another company and got it sorted, the women on the phone was eager to send someone out and something sounded so off about her. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOUR VUNREBLE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. SCAMMERS MATE
