PLEASE DO NOT USE AG CONTACT CENTREI had an absolutely dreadful experience with AG Contact Centre. Their customer service was abysmal ? unhelpful, rude, and utterly incompetent. Furthermore, the wait times were excruciatingly long, and when I finally reached a representative, they seemed completely disinterested in resolving my issue. To add insult to injury, they do not pick up the mobile number or the normal numbers on their websites or emails. There's a concerning pattern of discrimination towards men, as other reviews echo the same names and issues, all involving male customers. Astonishingly, AG Contact Centre would rather respond to my review on Google than provide a direct reply to update me on why they canceled my session. What's worse, their reports are biased, lacking standardization, and appear to be influenced by the personal feelings, beliefs, and opinions of the session holder. It's a disheartening display of neglect and unprofessionalism. Avoid them at all costs!

My experience with AG Contact Centre was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Their services were characterized by poor communication, a lack of responsiveness, and a general disregard for customer needs. The support workers appeared biased, often making decisions that didn't consider the best outcome for the customer. Furthermore, last-minute cancellations of contact centre appointments left me feeling unsupported and unheard.In addition to these issues, AG Contact Centre and its staff were not useful, truthful, or reliable. It was challenging to rely on the information provided, as it often proved to be inaccurate. This lack of trustworthiness in their services only added to the overall negative experience.What makes matters worse is that they appear to be in breach of their contract, which has led to legal proceedings being reviewed by a family court lawyer. This unfortunate turn of events underscores the extent of the issues I faced with their services.Given my experience, I strongly advise anyone in a similar situation to consider seeking assistance from a different contact center where the primary focus is on meeting your needs and those of your children. It's essential to prioritize an organization that operates with integrity and puts the well-being of its clients first, rather than dealing with the greed and dishonest behavior that I encountered at AG Contact Centre. Your family deserves better support and services.On November 17, 2023, the AG contact centre suspended its services pending review, citing undisclosed concerns. Unfortunately, they have canceled my upcoming visit with my daughter. This marks the second cancellation within a month, raising concerns about the professionalism and care they claim to provide for both customers and the children they are responsible for.

NEVER EVER USE AG FAMILY SUPPORT TO SEE YOUR CHILD. YOU WILL BE CONTROLLED AND THREATENED ON EVERY COMMUNICATION. THE WOMAN KAREN AND KIERA ARE ESPECIALLY EVIL. THERE IS NO WHAT IS BEST FOR YOUR CHILD. THEY ARE 100 % FOR THE MOTHER AND TREAT THE FATHER LIKE NOTHING. WE ARE JUST GOOD TO PAY AND NOTHING ELSE MATTERS.

In a time of huge emotional distress and pain the team at AG Contact Centres demonstrated incredible compassion, patience and kindness when my child and I most needed it. The staff are wonderful and put us at ease and allowed us to just be us! Forced into a situation that could have been horrible was made so easy and I?ll be forever grateful to each and everyone of them.If you need to use these services then these guys are the best. I hope you do t but if you do!!! Not all hero?s wear capes some just have super caring powers and I?m full of admiration and thanks to these people.

Really bad company wanted money for referral then had one contact then nothing didn't hear from them for over 3 months with me trying to contact then and them to send me a email back saying they'll send my referral money back but what about my kids seeing there father useless wouldn't go near them for kids and parents sake AVOID

This contact centre promoted, facilitated and supported perfectly, a life changing, beautiful and surely now ever lasting bond between my daughter and I, something I will never ever forget and always be grateful for. Huge huge shout outs to Karen and Alex for the meaningful contact sessions, something you can't put a price on. Highly recommended.

The staff at AG were very helpful, polite and professional. They were always present to supervise but I never felt that I was being scrutinised by them. They provided clear instructions, rules and guidelines and asked to make sure if everyone understood clearly. Their communication has been punctual and clear and professional.My children really enjoyed the centre used and the facilities were good and comfortable. We have all managed to have a good time together and the staff provided good feedback very soon after each session.Thank you!

This was nearly 2 years ago.After applying to court and being granted supported (not supervised) contact to start with.I found that the supervisors themselves were supportive and professional most times whilst I was re introduced with my daughter.I must say however, the office and the emails I had to deal with was stressful and extremely unprofessional. They clearly and unprofessionally took sides straight away and I was spoken to as if I was some sort of criminal (was it because I had to apply for a court order).l felt judged and at times belittled.I was told what my ex partner demands/expects and the complaints she made. and although the instructions from the court was there in black and white I was still encouraged to stick with the rules she made.at the end of it I had to pay for this service.Thanks.

I have used AG Family Support four times so far and I will be using them a further two times in the next month, and I will say if it wasn?t for a certain member of the team (Amanda) running around doing everything they could to sort out and arranging contact I probably wouldn?t have seen my daughter until later this year so firstly thank you for doing what you did and not only being professional but doing there job properly ensuring the safety of both me and my child ?
