Debbie is fantastic! She showed us the facility when we dropped off our two cats and talked us through their stay. She also sent us lots of pictures and videos of them when we were away. It was so reassuring to see how happy they were! Debbie introduced them to lots of different games and toys too. Thanks again!

Very impressed by the airy, light, and comfortable newly built pens for the cats. The cattery is owned and run by a charming woman who is living the dream running her own cattery to get own standards.

Absolutely fantastic cattery highly recommend. Our cat Dora stayed with them whilst we went on holiday for 2 weeks. We were very anxious about leaving her as only 9 months old but needn?t have worried at all. Helena and the team were amazing and can?t thank them enough.

I very rarely write reviews, but Helena and the team at Hickstead Lodge Cattery really do deserve a glowing 5 stars.We've been bring our 2 cats here for the past 4 years and every time without fail, they are looked after so well and return home chilled and happy.Helena clearly loves all her furry clients - and is super helpful, responsive and professional with their owners too!We wouldn't take our cats anywhere else. Lovely place with very nominal prices. They really take care of your pet like their own and even are kind enough to send photos and updates of your pets on request. We had left our cat over Christmas with them and they were so nice to have a Christmas goodie bag for our cat with some awesome cat treats- was a really lovely touch. Would totally recommend them for your pet.
