Been visiting Leightons since my first ever eye test over 15 years ago! Mark is an absolute gem, so so helpful and really kind, truly amazing at his job! Sabina is a great optometrist and puts you at ease instantly - I'd never go anywhere else for my eye tests. The whole team is lovely, I'd highly recommend.

I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH ALL THE CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM GIVEN TO ME BY LOUISE HILL- HOTTINGER WHO DEALT WITH MY HEARING AIDS. FROM THE FIRST CONSULTATION WHERE I HAD MY HEARING TESTED AND ASSESSED, HER CAREFUL MANNER AND VERY THOROUGH EXPLANATION OF THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE, FOLLOWED BY THREE ONGOING FOLLOWUP VISITS TO CHECK ALL WAS WELL AND FINE TUNE THE AIDS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MS HILL- HOTTINGER TO GIVE A PERSONAL AND VERY GOOD SERVICE THROUGH LEIGHTONS, HAYWARDS HEATH.

This family run business has service and customer satisfaction at their heart. I have nothing but praise for they way my vision needs have been met and if there is ever a problem with my glasses they will sort it out straight away. I couldn?t recommend Leighton?s Opticians more highly.

Although I have utmost regards for optometrist doing the examination, I am rather disappointed that at the end you get just a Prescription and nothing on the extensive examination that was carried out, as if the examination was for the benefit of Leighton Opticians and not the patient! For that reason I would vote 10 for optometrist and 3 for Leightons!

Excellent service from Leightons, Haywards Heath as usual. Staff are always very professional and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them which is why I have been a loyal customer since moving to East Sussex in December 2012. Special thanks must go to Mark their General Manager who is absolutely brilliant !!!
