I?ve just recently got a new phone and as always I was planning to pop in here and buy it to get some advice, help setting it up and sort out my contract but I got my previous phone quite a while ago and I suddenly remembered that when I got that phone from here they made no effort whatsoever to help me actually set up the phone (I had real issues getting even the SIM card in!) it was so frustrating after they?d been so helpful with sorting the contract etc for me they didn?t help with the actual device - help that someone like me who knows nothing about technology and is disabled could really need. I thought that was pretty bad for a big company like o2. So when I got my new phone this time my brother got it for me online and set it all up for me - I shouldn?t have to feel I have to ask family for help if I need assistance in store then assistance should be provided. You charge a lot for phones now the least you can do is make sure customers are happy to set it up and work it.

Went in, discussed a new contract, they had the phone I wanted but then couldn't be bothered to set up the contract as there was only 30 minutes until closing. Wow. Just wow... Sticking with EE

Dropped into the store late on a Saturday wanting to pay a bill to close down a data contract. Store team were super friendly + helpful and got my issue resolved quickly, despite being ready to close up for the day.After heaps of frustration going in circles with automated phone + online chatbots, it was a relief to speak to a lovely customer service team who were willing and able to help.Been with O2 for years and it's disappointing that 'customer service' is now automated channels, which are incapable of handling anything challenging or unexpected. Meanwhile you've got great in-store human teams who are encouraged to push existing customers into self-serve support channels rather than offer in person advice. It's not a great customer experience.Do better O2 + thank you HH store O2 team.

First class the young man that helped me me was great he set up my phone explaining everything as we went and made sure I was on the wright plan . I would recommend the o2 shop 1oo%. Well done much better than doing it on the phone

We went to purchase new phone for my wife in store as we had questions regarding switching to different plan with new device and cancelling current one. We had no assistance at all all that we got is "you can do it online" and "why don't try online". We had queations regarsing device and got no help at all. Very disappointed. And even the reply on this comment is please visit our website.
