Unfriendly staff. Kept going to the bank but the problem still cannot be sorted out. The worse is that when things went wrong, the staff blamed the customers. They seems don't want the money being transferred to their bank!

Passive aggressive staff. To busy holding a private conversation. Three times had to ask for assistance, as I was clearly interrupting their conversation than willing to assist. Rude staff.

After 6 minutes my call was answered , asked to hold for a further 10 minutes as the the responder could not deal with my simple request . Barclays , you really have lost the plot.

My elderly mother has been treated attrociously by this bank; we've been trying for 3 weeks to get a new cheque book; not "possible" online as the demand page always has a technical problem and everytime she calls the service line she is met with rude, patronising staff. This has been causing her a lot of distress; if I don't get an answer today, we are going to change banks.

Appalling service. I have closed all my accounts with Barclays and have no intention of bank of with them ever again. The customer service is terrible.

Visited the bank earlier this week with my mum. The customer service shown by Heidi was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, efficient and took the time to explain and check everything as we went.
