Avoid at all costs always queues items never ready or failed to order . Have queued twice in one day to be told yet again my prescription is not ready even after nearly 10 days . Appalling place it used to be so good .

Shocking service earlier this week... 3 males working, one asked if I needed help & I asked to speak to a pharmacist. I was the only one in the shop at that time... I waited and i waited.. they were chatting amongst themselves and one was doing prescriptions and looked at me a few times but didn't come over. Another lady came in followed by quite a few people until there was 10 people in the shop and still nothing. Eventually the pharmacist looked at me and asked if I was being helped! Umm, no...Asked for some advice and was not given particularly good advice as I've had in there previously. Left with a bottle of cough medicine and that was it. Very unimpressed with the service... you are there for the local community... a better effort in customer service would be very much appreciated.

Waste of time you que for an hour to be told they don?t have your prescription medicine.They give you your prescription back but they do not release it so you can go else were.Very poor service makes Boots look rubbish.

Please find attached the bar code for your prescription as requested :ETP Barcode Number:DDD29E-H82089-2DFA2AExtremely slow and low level of customer service.I face a very terrible condition and my GP said go and collect your tablets urgently.Once in boots (after two days) they said is not available yet,come back Saturday once here today,they said you have to wait for your text message.My GP said collect urgently but Carmela and her Indian colleague definitely don?t care about it.I?ll change pharmacy as soon as I can.

Service here has got worse and worse. The chemist was very rude. I will be moving to another chemist for my prescriptions from now on.

Since Sharon has left the service is now atrocious, you no longer have anyone on the till to keep the queue ticking over, instead you have to wait for a Pharmacist to see you. I have had to collect repeat prescriptions for possibly 15 years plus, today (Monday) I waited 20 minutes to be seen to collect a prescription ordered last Monday only then to be told to come back tomorrow.

Definitely the worst pharmacy I've ever used.. Takes ages to be served. They never answer the phone.. Will be changing to another more reputable pharmacy in the future.. very poor service.

One star is sadly as low as Google reviews can go. I won?t be using this pharmacy again if I can help it at all.Recent experiences include waiting for 2 weeks for a text to say my prescription is ready, only to be told by the pharmacist that I should just come in and chase it as they are likely to be ?sitting on it? and would do it there and then if I came in; waiting in queues of 45 minutes; and now today, taking that earlier advice of the pharmacist, I went in - miraculously managed to find a quiet time with not a single other customer there when I arrived - and yet they refused to fulfil the prescription until Friday.Service is abysmal so I?ve now changed my preferred pharmacy to the far-better Day Lewis where at least I have the more modern option of collecting from secure dispensers without having to queue.Boots should be doing better than they are here in this inadequate provision.

Try calling them to see if your prescription is ready to save you an unnecessary journey...Good luck getting an answer.Now go over there to stand in a very slow queue and whilst waiting try calling them..Surprise ! They don't answer.They say they are busy but they are not , they are just very very slow at processing prescriptions.Eventually when you get to the counter you are greeted by a very rude Asian man only to be told to come back the next day even though he's already had 36 hours to prepare your medication.Advise to pick up elsewhere of you can .

Awful, Rude, incompetent, excuse after excuse. Asking at the counter for my perscription was asked had i recieved a text. ' No ' I replied, well no prescription then. No mention of texts in 14 years coming here. Tge unhelpful pharmacist went on to say it was his new system and wouldn't put 2 sprays into a box it would take 2 days. Awful Awful service, even the doctors at Holbrook know how bad is and offer to send to another pharmacy or give a paper prescription so you so you don't have to suffer. Boots were always a good company not Boots Holbrook. Awful avoid at all costs.
