Have not had a problem here, if you have to wait, no worries. Better to have a chemist in the village than have it close down. Have been very happy with the service over many years, so long may it continue

Absolutely support previous complaint(s)! FOR GOD'S SAKE CAN SOMEONE PICK UP THE PHONE?! This Boots needs to take on staff in proportion to their business need! Queues are always long as well.

This has to be one of the worst Boots pharmacies around. Twice I've been here and been let down and wasted over an hour of time and a 15 mile round trip's worth of petrol. One time I drove there and my prescription was not ready despite receiving an email to say it was. Then today I got there at about 4PM and they were closed "due to unforseen circumstances". Yesterday I phoned to check if my prescription was ready (after the first experience) and the guy who answered said they were closed that afternoon and said they would be open today as normal from 9-6PM. If you (Boots) posted out fridge medications like Lloyds Direct, then I would not need to bother coming here. Never again will I use this pharmacy!

For the love of God can someone please pick up the phone!And sorry the ?new? pharmacists has as attitude I?ve never experienced. I don?t expect to get a sigh if I ask if I can get my prescription within 24 hours

Went to pickup a prescription on 5 separate occassions. Each time met with rude and unhelpful staff saying they were out of stock. They said they were getting a delivery the next day but a week later there is still no sign of my prescription.

This doesn't even deserve a one star rating service is abismal it's alright if you want to stand in a queue for the half an hour, it seems to me the staff don't want to be there,I sure they are running a sweepstakes to who can serve the slowest, a typical repeat prescription can take over two weeks if you are lucky little stock on shelves, think boots need to review this shop with a vengeance and

Ordered a parcel online to be delivered here. Said online it had arrived in store and to go and collect it. When i arrived to collect it the two rude members of staff made no effort to even look for my parcel just told me it was expected to be delivered when the tracking showed me it was there. Lazy staff and poor service from people who clearly don't want to be there

Pretty poor service, the pharmacist delights in making you wait her obligatory 20mins before deeminig it the right time to hand over your prescription I for one will not be returning.

This pharmacy has really struggled during the COVID period and has not fully recovered. I now direct routine and complex prescriptions for a relative to Tesco Broadbridge Heath, having also tried the Boots online meds service, which proved to be unreliable.The pharmacy closes 1300-1400 hrs for lunch.

This pharmacy clearly cant handle the load and have been responsible for continually stuffing up timeframes for my repeat perscriptions that keep me alive. They do not take peoples wellbeing seriously at all

Not even worth one star- couldn?t be more unhelpful if they tried, phones are turned off & their excuse is ?we?re busy? so is every pharmacy but there?s no need to be unhelpful & rude especially for an emergency- where as Tesco pharmacy couldn?t have been more helpful took time to make sure I went home with my correct medication in the emergency going the extra mile they?re brilliant & always manage to get my medication to me on time. It doesn?t take them 3-4weeks to get a repeat prescription done. Whereas Southwater always seem to blame the doctors.

Slow service and frequently out of stock for a pescribed medicine. Only 3 customers allowed in the shop at any given time. Closes for lunch. How out-of-touch business wise can they get.

Don't use this store at all any longer :/We drive outside of southwater now, fed up waiting potentially days for a standard prescription.I hope they close this place so another drug store can open and provide half decent services.

Avoid this chemist. Staff is rude and service is terrible. Repeated prescriptions take a long time to prepare and when you picked them, the staff can?t locate them. There are boxes and boxes stacked up with prescriptions but no one empties them because of work load. This boots chemist in southwater hasn?t had a permanent chemist for many months. They can?t provide services like flu jabs for this reason. Prescriptions are missed , while waiting you will witness frustrated patients frequently and many go without their medicines because this chemist can?t locate them or there is miscommunication with surgeries.The assistant staff of always different and are just covering. There is no continuity of the service because this chemist is ran by covering staff inc. the pharmacist . One day last week, the chemist didn?t open because the chemist was late. I think this boots chemist in southwater is actually not safe to manage the communities prescriptions and the advice and responsibility that comes with it . It is a disgrace and southwater deserves and boots should do better. Regarding the shop, it is dirty and the shelves are empty.
