Having worked in customer service focused roles all my life, I can honestly say that Zoe is an absolute diamond in the rough world of quick buys and limited customer interactions, she took her time on a busy weekend to go through multiple colour charts with me, I had a purchase order for a paint pack and she went thought every item with me, answered all my queries and did so whilst making me absolutely crease with laughter and have a joke together, all whilst remaining professional and still serving customers with quicker orders around me to keep the traffic flowing in the shop. I honestly can?t say the last time I can remember such a wonderful experience shopping, and such stellar customer service. I hope management know what a star they have. The paint is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, thank you so much Zoe!
