Booked pharmacy first appointment. They knew nothing about it, waited for 30 minutes only to be told they can't do the appointment, not the usual pharmacist and she was very abrupt and really quite rude. Avoid booking a pharmacy first appointment here as it won't be fulfilled.

Another 21 days for my repeat prescription. 15 working days until I got a text a few minutes before they close on a Friday and they aren't open at weekends. I have signed up for collection from their machine outside but I didn't get a code so presume it's not working. It used to be so good!

Incompetence abounds at the branch.It's very busy the staff try hard but have an inability to communicate in a straight manner, verging on rudness.Complaint to head office who responded with a generic email!It's a shame business like this are allowed to exist

Terrible service. If the staff went any slower they would go backwards. They have absolutely no compassion for their patients. They know they have us by the short and curlies and don't give a dam. Please can they explain how it takes more than 10 working days to get a prescription filled?

They seem to be doing their best but obviously can't cope with the level of work. A sign says 7 to 10 working days for a prescription but mine took 12. I couldn't get through on the phone to check progress so resorted to visiting. A solution is required or the time to get a prescription is just going to get longer and longer. Very sad.

This chemist has gone downhill had put prescription in 2 weeks ago and had run out doctor had told me to double what I was taking went into shop to politely ask if it was ready a women came who I assumed was the pharmacist and then started screaming across the shop she had a thousand items to deal with and had only got up to 18th December take my prescription elsewhere I felt extremely humiliated being spoken to like that took prescription went to another pharmacy who dealt with me quickly and friendly got done in 15 minutesPOOR ATTITUDE POOR SERVICE

Have a notice says 7 to 10 days to fulfill your prescription When I hadn't heard after 10 days went in was told it would be another 5 days if though I explained I had run out. DO GO HERE IT COULD BE FATAL

My prescription was sent by the surgery to the pharmacy on the 20th December. As of today I still haven?t received it. I was due to go back to the doctor in a weeks time for a blood test and review and I haven?t even started the medication!

Service and lead times very poor. No empathy from staff. Good luck getting them to answer the phone. Complacency as no real competition.

Terrible attitude and service . I went 3 times to get my prescription and was told abruptly ?have we texted you ? I said No and was then told ?well then we haven?t got it. ?Went again today and collected my prescription which had 07/12/23 on the sticker !!! So that means it was ready and waiting on my previous visits. Seem to take a strange delight in being awkward . The new trainee whispers as well which just adds to the terrible experience. Think the general vibe is dictated by the Pharmacist who has been there forever, grumpy and too eager to say No.

We couldn't reach the pharmacy through the phone for a week as there was no answer, we were waiting on confirmation of our premie baby's prescription formula.After no response or contact we went in to see if the formula had arrived and were told it hadn't even been ordered.I can understand being busy, or prescriptions being held up or late.However this is out little baby's prescribed formula and we will run out before the scrip turns up because nobody ordered it.We weren't given an explanation.We are changing our pharmacy going forward.

Awarded one star as you have to. This pharmacy have got dramatically worse in the last 3 years. They have a sign on the counter that says scripts take 7-10days. I went in on day 11, asked for my medication (that I had been without for 3 days as they didn?t do it last week despite the surgery sending it the same day I requested) was snarled at about a text and then told it would be another 2-3 days. When I challenged and explained I had not had my medication for 3 days, I was again snarled at and told to go to Tesco if I didn?t like it!! Awful, awful ?pharmacy?. I managed to get another script from my GP went to a slightly out of town pharmacy and was handed my medication 20 mins later! Will never use them again and would suggest you AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Tried to contact the pharmacy by telephone on many occasions over a week and no response always set to answerphone.Signed up to box collection as I was told it would speed up the process of getting my prescription medication however the pharmacy has stated that they currently have a 7-10 day turnaround for prescriptions.
