Having used a chain high street salon for many many years, it is lovely to find a salon who respond to you as an individual.. are not constantly pushing products or encouraging you to have haircuts you don’t need! “I booked the wrong kind of appointment and when I went in the staff kindly informed of what i should have booked for and was very helpful in rebooking my appointment and with the proper stylist for my needs. Sadie was very helpful and attentive; she knew what i was going for since I badly needed a complete mew hairstyle. “I have been using the salon for years for my hair, nails and lashes. All the staff are lovely and brilliant at what they do, they all go above and beyond!! My entire family use the salon now. Due to illness, my hair and nails fell out last year and this was no problem for the staff to work around, they found solutions to my problems and put me at ease.
