Made a detour here whilst going past Horsham. Unfortunately not a charity shop anymore. Google page should be updated to reflect this as we?ve just wasted a journey.*edited in response to this sarcastic reply:Your Google page shows photos of a large warehouse full of furniture, with no mention of being anything else. So not stupid of me to assume you?re a furniture charity shop. Perhaps spend the time you took to write your rude reply to sort your Google business page out..

Having tried different trading platforms, my last experience with Madam GRACIE is the best ever, I traded with $500
and within a week I made a profit of $6500 and to my greatest surprise, no extra charge was paid for my withdrawal.
So I recommend Madam GRACIE platform for effective trade to everyone.

Hope there are some Christians who can guide Katie Price who has to attend there . May she find Jesus Christ as her saviour and Lord and May the Holy Spirit guide and direct her life .

Unless Google learn to allow only pertinent examples, no one will bother with their 'reviews'. While there is a wonam with young children around Horsham who regularly writes a bad review 'as a joke' the 70 year old example needs to get a Ukrainian perspective on his life! There are no shops with public toilets along that street..Great Place. Takes great care of well behaved childre, even those who are fed up with shopping are treated kindly. Good stuff, great help in time of need.

Oh, so ?Horsham Matters is a Christian charity that aims to demonstrate love of your neighbour . . .?How is it that disallowing a four-year-old from using your toilet demonstrates Christian charity. What love! What charity! What kindness! What thoughtfulness! What empathy! Huh, what irony! My aged memory is now poor, but I can still remember the misery and embarrassment caused by urgency and accident 70+ years ago when I was about that age. I?m sure you?ll have won no friends there and conceivably damaged both your reputation [which is obviously poor in some respects anyway, judging by the comments on some volunteers? customer skills] and your organisation?s effectiveness in achieving its laudable primary aims.Your defensive response to that poor mother?s complaint is precisely the type of action that makes many of us so cynical about organised religion, claimed adherents to which may apparently be found in the Kremlin even in current circumstances. Well done! Keep up the good work . . .

Have recently bought furniture from Horsham Matters. Really helpful staff, easy online purchasing and free delivery. Utterly brilliant.

Great charity to work with and an amazing team.

Great service, really polite and helpful. Obviously you pay for what you get and with anything that is second hand is going to have marks, scratches or dents but nothing that is too drastic.

Unfortunately I have received no help, zero response and no assistance from the Horsham Matters team despite 3 separate emails to their general inbox and 2 phone calls and voicemails. Given that I have items that I would like to donate to the charity, this was much to my surprise, especially considering the current national/local pandemic situation. Are Horsham Matters still open for business?

Great place, helpful staff. Please be aware that yesterday there was a man going through everything in your store clearly looking for things to sell on for a profit. I realise it?s a free country but I think if you notice these people, it should be pointed out that the shop is for those in need of the items within it.
