“Stayed in this hotel as business accommodation (two nights). The staff were excellent, friendly and very accommodating. The food is also good, however the menu is small but what it lacks in diversity is made up for in the effort the chef makes with what is on offer. The room I stayed in was small, as expected for a period hotel and the bed is only a single but was comfortable enough for me. The bathroom was either brand new or very well maintained and immaculately clean. There is plenty of off road parking and the grounds are nice enough that a summer evening would be well spent there. All in all I can recommend this venue.”

“After viewing some mattresses online we went into Dreams Horsham to have a look at a specific one. Kerryn directed us to the one we wanted and also explained other mattresses to us. Non pushy, extremely helpful and great knowledge. Kerryn is an asset to this company. Great stress free experience and we purchased said mattress ?”

“You stay in an annexe with its own its front door, sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee. Free parking. Jacqui and Colin are lovely people who provide a lovely place to stay with a great full English in the morning.Treat bad reviews on here as questionable.”

“I am pleased to share my commendable experience with Bob at the Horsham branch of Dunelm. My recent visit, focused on acquiring a rug, was elevated by Bob's remarkable attributes of knowledge and assistance. His deep understanding of the products and genuine willingness to help underscored his role as a true ambassador for the store. Bob's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction undoubtedly enhanced my shopping experience at Dunelm's Horsham branch.”

“Great Travelodge, great sized rooms, warm and quiet but no parking but you will have to use swan walk car park nearby and walk with luggage for 5 minutes. Not the end of the world but just to make you aware, wetherspoons, Greg's, Costa and a Tesco express all ”

“What a delicious cranberry and parsnip nut roast!!! Generous portions, lovely accompanying veg. We didn't have room for pudding sadly, next time I hope. Would highly recommend to any vegetarians looking for a delicious lunch, and any meat eaters for that matter. Lovely friendly service, helpful with my sister's wheel chair. Thank you Hornbrook!”
