This is a great coffee spot in the heart of the shopping centre, amazingly friendly staff, especially great coffee. Had a simple latte which a young barista made for me, and a slice of red velvet which was wonderful, highly recommend.

Good place to stop for a quick bite to eat and drink. Sausage rolls are excellent, as are the mars bar slices! Right in the middle of the Swan walk shopping centre so great for shopping.Parking: Part of the Swan walk shopping centre which has its own car park.

I'm leaving this review because of the utter disgraceful service I received today from the staff members awful attitude asked for a hot chocolate but they were making a coffee thought it was for someone else until they gave it to me saying I ordered it they then tried to charge me for it I said I did not order that I ordered a hot chocolate then the staff member got funny and started sighing at me and muttered something under her breath someone else (the person behind me) took the coffee and paid then they made me a hot chocolate but when they gave it to me they weren't happy because of the delay in the queueWhen I apologised they didn't listen at all then I walked off with my hot chocolate and again she muttered something under her breathNever again will I step foot in this Muffin Break go to Costa much better service

It is usually impossible to find a place for a lovely gluten & milk free cake for my coffee.They have a wonderful range of gluten free options.Finally I found my new favourite coffee shop!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Food good but expensive. Chicken tikka on flatbread, raspberry muffin and a pot of tea was over £12. Was very tasty so I don't mind paying a bit extra. Service swift and good. Ollie was very good, customer focused and happy. Most tables clean.Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level with the shops so easy for wheelchair users.

Wasn?t expecting much, as this looks like a chain in a shopping mall, but the tuna melt & coffee were very good.

The tuna sandwich I ordered, with the end of loaf breadcrust, was wet and soggy. Certainly not worth the £4.70 charged.

The attitude of some of your staff needs serious work. I didn?t expect to practically have a milkshake thrown at me across your counter. Your food is nice but that just isn?t enough to return now. Awful

I like this place .Nice coffee and interesting snacks. Staff are friendly. Sometimes the tables are left uncleaned for too long.

Charged 60p extra for an oatmilk hot chocolate, their website says they do not charge extra for plant based milk. The assistant said this only applies in America. We will be contacting head office on Monday, and won't be using Muffin break in Horsham again!

Not going to muffin break again, ordered a panini, it was luke warm, bread was rock hard and the middle wasn't cooked. Ended up with food poisoning

As far as in shopping centre coffee shops go this was decent, we had coffee and toastie lunches. Staff friendly, cakes looked good - didnt try. Not too busy.

Terrible customer service this morning by one member of staff. I asked for a fruit smoothie to which he replied / grunted "only green one left" with no further explanation. So I order a different drink and so does my partner.We point out my partners drink is not what we asked for which was met with a lot of bad attitude and he began arguing with us about what we'd ordered! He would not accept that he'd miss heard the order and continued to send a lot of hostility our way.Will not be spending our money in this place again.

Visited today asked for 2 food items when asked we said we did not want them heated when came to get our food it had been heated explained this to the member of staff who then told us we were wrong and tried to show us up in front of staff and other customers he was very rude and told us he could argue with customers we asked for a refund which he was rude about again we wont return with this member of staff about
