I?ve not long lived in the village. I had an UPS Parcel that has been redirected to the post office. The woman on the counter was so rude, no hello, when I explained it was a big parcel and where it was from, no eye contact just spoke to me so rudely. I explained it was the next working day she just shouted at me, kept saying next working day then said it has not been delivered yet but the way she spoke to me was disgusting!! I was flabbergasted!! It has left me very upset and dreading going back tomorrow to be faced with more rudeness!! Such a shame as really lets down the village!!

The owner behind the counter must be the most inept and inexplicably rude service provider, I have ever come across. Charged me £7.50 for a next day, guaranteed/tracked document. He entered the incorrect postcode of E17 instead of EH17. He falsely claimed that was the address on envelope. When I showed it to him, he told me to leave the shop. He owns Small Dole P/Office too, so `Partridge Green is the best place to go.

Every time I go into this post office,I get the worst service!!So rude & have no people skills,I took a package in to be sent back that measured 20cm by 15cm & was told there was no room & to come back Friday!!!!!

Get there early, it says open till 5:30 but quite often its closed just after 5, its a long walk for me. Dont appreciate having my time wasted by lazy staff who want to get away a little early.
