“So shocked to see people are complaining about the ladies in the Post Office, I actually go out of my way to go here, there always super helpful and very polite. Service is also fast and it's Royal Mail prices so that's nothing to do with Shelley's! Think there brilliant!I tend to buy the local produce from the shop element and it is more expensive but thats because quality is fantastic. I highly recommend.”

“I recently got documents certified at the Post Office for a mortgage application and accidentally left the certified driving licence document behind at the counter. When I returned a couple of days later to check whether or not I had left it, I was told that it had thoughtfully been sent out to me in the post, which was very impressive.”

It was mailed to the wrong address, plus I had given still another address, and despite all this mess, they were so helpful and managed to recover it for us. 5 Stars for this level of personal help and great follow-up. “This store has been brilliant during lockdowns, providing everything I need while allowing me to isolate - fresh, frozen and store cupboard. No parking rage, no travelling needed. It stocks almost everything I need, and a few surprises too. Friendly and helpful staff. Full post office service whenever the store is open (which means longer hours than high street POs). All round brilliant. As things relax I think I am going to continue to shop here as much as possible - supermarket shopping is an unnecessary thing of the past for me.”
