Rebecka, Lanka and the other staff make the best frothy coffee in town and are always putting the customer first. They remember your order amd create a friendly atmosphere, putting all other coffee shops to shame.

Absolutely fantastic service. The food and drinks were served to perfection. Olivia was so polite and cheerful. Will definitely be returning in the very near future.

We are regular customers in here with our 5 month old daughter, we go to pret to feed her and grab a drink each. The staff are always delightful without fail, they don?t hesitate to help us warm up bottles for the baby and are always accommodating with the pram and type of seating needed. Today we went in and they even recognised us and gave us each a drink on the house! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick snack/caffeine boost and extra credit for everyone on shift today 04/09/23. ??Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating with babies and, from what we could see at the time, kids of all ages. Always friendly, giving 10/10 service and the much appreciated bonus of kind words and compliments from multiple members staff

Served this morning 8.30 by nothing but a dismissive eye roll, so unfriendly and rude...wont be coming back. There are plenty other cafes which make you feel welcome and valued.

Normally, Pret is a pretty reliable place for a vegetarian / vegan sandwich or wrap. On offer today was an egg sandwich or a cheese sandwich. Just plain boring. If not a vegetarian, there were so many different choices of filling, and several varieties of bread or wraps. I asked if there was anything else available, but apparently there wasn't. This was at 1.00 p.m. peak lunchtime, not the end of the day when they might be running out.

I love Prets generally and get regular takeaway from them when I?m in work in London but, although I live in Horsham area, I don?t go to this branch at all to sit in as when I go out for a coffee (sitting in), I do expect a china cup. Unfortunately, a lot of cafes think it?s acceptable post Covid to still use paper cups for sitting in. It isn?t. I go to Costa locally now instead if I want a coffee as they still use china. When I messaged Pret about this issue some time ago, they responded with some nonsense about not all branches have dishwashing facilities. Well Horsham branch had china cups pre-pandemic so I?m sure they could have china now if they wanted to. Paper cups should be for takeaway, china for those sitting in. It?s not difficult.

A very bad experience here in Horsham. Staff are very disrespectful to the customers. And some of them showed me a bad attitude when I buy a coffee.I felt insulted.

I went here for a sandwich and a coffee with the family. Pret A Manger has severely deteriorated in its food offering in the past 3-4 years. The quality, choice and portion size of its lunch food items is now appalling and a huge decline on what they used to provide. I had a very basic sandwich here because the other options were over priced for what they included. You can almost play a game of spot the filling...the cost accountants have run their food offering into the ground. Try and start offering some value, and have some pride in what you are putting out there.

Visited quite late in the day so limited choice of food but that's to be expected. Polite staff, clean premises.

Not as busy as I recall 18 months ago, perhaps connected with the accessible toilet being out of order with no planned date for fixing (I asked staff). More than awkward for my 92-yr old Mum, and pretty ordinary behaviour for a major chain. Accessibility is important, please do better, Pret!!Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible toilets out of order - very disappointing ?

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH CHILDREN USING THE WC HOT TAPS.So scalded my hands this morning with the Boiling water that comes out of the taps, any child as mine did a few years ( not here but elsewhere )ago will risk severe burns if the tap is turned to hot only.Informed the manager who despite my civility and good intentions was rude and disinterested. Lovely food of course.Kid-friendliness: PLEASE PLEASE SORT OUT THE SCALDING HOT WATER.

Used to always love the quality of service and food at Horsham Pret. Not anymore, hardly any duck in the hoisin duck wrap, mostly mashed bit of meat at one side of wrap..?? And the service was poor, paid extra to have in but had to help myself to second tray down as first one was dirty, no help from staff who found this offensive and asked for a serviette to be given one. Isn't that not what you're paying for? I said nothing and walked on. Oh and the staff found something about this funny. So as I was taking a seat in front of them they continued having a laugh at my expense. What a fab team of employees ?

Quick service and seems good place for meeting friends. Decent food. Was pretty busy.Kid-friendliness: Took my young grandson and there were quite a few youngsters there too.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide enough entrance and you can move chairs to get a wheelchair to a table
