I would really like to know why my father in his late seventies and who has been a loyal customer was hit with a £85 parking charge after spent nearly £80 on shopping at your supermarket?
His name is Mr Simon HAMLYN.
I look forward to your swift response. Alternatively if you agree at all that this is absolutely an outrageous treatment of one of your local customers would you kindly cancel this charge.

Car park is a stitch-up with euro car parks gleefully fleecing any unwitting customers who don?t know the parking system. £85 fine for 45 mins parking. Sainsbury?s mgmt don?t care. Go to Tesco, Waitrose or Lidl?s.

Are you aware or do you even care about the appalling service being provided by the Lloyds Pharmacy within your store? Yesterday I had cause to arrange an emergency prescription with my GP ? I asked to have this sent to the Pharmacy within your store so I could pick it up after work. I arrived at about 6pm to find that not only had it been shut since 3pm but is not open again until Monday 10th. This is appalling. I?ve read several reviews on the NHS website about this pharmacy ? this is not an isolated incident.

I went to Sainsbury?s today to pick up a few bits, self service, asked for no receipt. The alarms went off so the guy near the tills had a quick check of my bags, no problem with this at all. On the second set of alarmed barriers at the door another security guard (who had watched me speak to the other guy) questioned me. I explained I had already been spoken to although this was not enough to convince her I wasn?t a thief and she asked me to go back into the shop with her! Lots of faffing and making a huge scene before she finally realised I was an honest customer and Iet me go on my way. The manager was very dismissive about my experience of their over zealous security. She said she?s sorry I felt angry and she wouldn?t if she was me if she knew she had done nothing wrong. Wow! Let?s hope this awful experience doesn?t happen to anyone who suffers from anxiety or is of a nervous disposition! I?m all for good security measures but I have never been treated in such a manner which they clearly feel is acceptable.

today in you're sainburys i suffered an very bad panic attack and was in an bad way and sam on the tills was amazing and understood what was happening and why i had to leave my shopping to my 12 year old daughter . i cant thank him enough i am exempt from masks but unfortunately some shoppers dont respect that so i find it hard most days to do my shop but knowing there's amazing people like sam will help me continue to try xxx sainburys you have an star in sam xxx
