Pulled up at 0320 to fill up before a trip abroad only to be waved away. no reason given. NOT to be relied upon as a 24hr service station and this isn't the first time either.Thank you for your reply, I have contacted Shell over two weeks ago, still waiting for an answer though.

Pulled into the garage at 320am before starting my shift to be waved over by attendant.System update means no fuel til 415am........every day until 30th september.Looks like i will be going elsewhere in future.All shell garages affected apparently as a closed sign would be better information!

Many thanks to all the staff at Broadbridge Shell for the superb job they all did together getting a large number of fuel seeking motorists swiftly and efficiently onto the forecourt, queued up for the pump, and then handled quickly at the tills. It was very impressive and something many other filling stations could learn from.

Site was very clean and tidy. When I entered the site pumps were very clean and gloves were available to use. Easy access and staff were very friendly and professional. Inside the shop all products were fully stock and were looking very nice. Moreover toilet was in a sparkling condition, I have never seen toilets this clean toilet in any of the fuel stations. I am very satisfied, enjoying and privilege to visit this store!

A tall black guy with a cap in the petrol station was very rude to me. I was only pouring a coffee and cos he was sweeping in around me. Closer than 1 metre I might add. I made a mistake and he made me pay for the coffee. No customer service at all. Considering i am a regular aswell. Rude man. Never going back!

I arrived at 11. 00pm and there was no one there I kept trying the petrol pump but to no avail. I assume the employee was having a nap in the office at the back. Had to find another 24 hr garage.

Most expensive in and around Horsham. Drive further to Tesco Extra and you'll get all fuel 3-5p cheaper...
