Only one person on the tills for a big communal supermarket is not acceptable. The rest of the staff look uninterested. Takes an eternity to be served. Coop you gave them silly headsets to wear on they're head why don't they use them?

The staff in the day time are the most brainless unmotivated rude group of people I have ever seen. Hopefully it shuts down one day.

We visited here for the first time today, the shop has been styled in a pleasing manner, it is clean and all of the bread and cakes are made on the premises, I can thoroughly recommend this shop and urge all villagers to give it a try. It is next door to Co-op in North road

Convenient but a little pricey compared to other supermarkets such as Sainsbury's. Some good deals if you look around.

Staff always nice and the shop is easy to get round to do your shopping.

Narrow aisles but refurnished fairly recently. Not a fan of the chilled section with doors.

The store looks great now that it's been refurbished and the chillers have doors, which a lot more energy efficient and reduces the carbon footprint. You generally pay more at co-op, but the farmers are better paid and animals treated better than Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Lidl and others.Between coop and the Lancing Tabernacle there's secluded alleyway. There aren't any CCTV cameras down the alley, leading to the children's play area. Sadly a lot of drug dealing and drug abuse regular occurs down there, often during broad daylight. It would be useful if Co-op and the local council could work together and deter criminals by installing cameras with full view of the area - alleyway and play area.

Excellent clean store. I called in to get an advertised offer and a really nice man helped me locate it. One item had run out but he offered an alternative. Very impressed well looked after. I will be returning. Great customer service

Went in for croissants but couldn't bring myself to pay 85p per when Lidl's look just as nice at 49p. That's SEVENTEEN SHILLINGS in old money! Went down to Asda & got 4 (slightly smaller) for £1.10 - bit cheaper than 4 for £3.40! Come on Co-op that's a RIP-off price. It's quite chilly in there around the 1st aisle, welcome relief on a blazing summer's day but you might want a cardio in there sometimes.

Much better stock since re fit, still nice staff, But do wish they would open main tills, so much easier to negotiate!

New look Co-op opening today in LancingFresh looking and lightBakery at the rearAll fresh/frozen goods behind clear perspex looking doorsCosta takeaway and new Amazon lockersIn my opinion bit crowded around tills when walking to exit due to photo booth etc store flows well until that point and 2 self serve points not working on opening day. Otherwise a welcome upgrade ?
