Use Timpson for cleaning 2x duvet covers and 4 pillowcases. Absolutely horrified of results they came back in very creased and didn?t look fresh liked they?d been cleaned. I complained and took all items back to be re cleaned, they came back in exactly the same condition. Never again will I use timpson

Tried to get a photo using my mobile phone and being 80 and not confident in what I had to do I asked for help. The chap said can you read and seeing I was struggling reluctantly helped. Sadly this was not the first time, where is the customer service

Awful. I Had two pairs of redwing shoes sent away asked for a black sole on one pair and they?d put on a white sole, no apology whatsoever. After 3 weeks, They offered to send them back. Also in 3 weeks they couldn?t put any polish on them. Over £70 each . Rubbish customer service don?t bother, take your shoes somewhere else.
