Screwfix in Shoreham is brilliant. The staff in Shoreham always go out of their way to help you and nothing is too much trouble. They are happy to search for and explain products and swapping / exchanging goods is straight forward.

Click and collect order was ready when the website said.Service was very disappointing because staff were exceptionally slow to collect orders and also seemed to spend more time chatting just out of sight of a growing queue of customers than actually working.

Excellent online service, with the option of delivery or click and collect. Store locator - that also shows available stock.Purchase available in 5 mins, notification by text when ready to pick up.Good prices. Helpful staff.Recently had a fault develop with petrol leaf blower within 12 months returned back to Screwfix. It was repaired by the manufacturer but was damaged in return transit, Screwfix have replaced with new. Excellent customer service.
