Good afternoon. I would like to cograulate the receptionist at Dowsway Southwick. I took my prescription in. And explained the problem. That I had forgotten to order my tables and one of them completely run out. She was so helpful I wish I had taken her name. The problem was sorted in the spa ce of an hour and a halfI do hope this will be passed on to her. It was around 10am this morning I was in there. A grateful and very satisfied patient.

Very good doctors the new Treash over the phone by a Receptionist is amazing never have to wait weeks or months for an appointment, most of the time it's same day appointment. the System needs to be at every doctors. staff are really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Worst service. NHS is broken and this healthcare centre is the outstanding evidence. My kid has the same problem over and over although I have followed the prescriptions by the doctor. They refused to see my kid and kept asking to continue with the prescriptions. The people here have no heart at all. I wish they will all have the same problem as all the patients to see how anxiety means.

I have had to wait three weeks for a telephone appointment. When I did receive the call there wasn?t anyone on the other end. Each time I tell the staff I need to book an appointment as I need to do around work they say I am not able to do that unless I speak to a dr but I can not get to speak to a Dr what a mess!

Spend ages on the phone waiting to book an appointment, get told to use the e-booking form. Get an appointment given to me which I can't make with no way to change it. Ring up and have to start again - have to refill in the booking form. Bloody terrible.

Dreadful and getting worse. Nobody there seems to be taking charge and sorting it out. Word is an official complaint is going in to the NHS CCG.

I can never get through on the phone to make an appointment. When I pop into the surgery to try to make an appointment, I get rudely told that they only accept appointment requests over the phone at 8am. The receptionists at the surgery seem to treat patients as an inconvenience!

Tried to call every morning this week, staying on hold for 30+ minutes and never get through. Finally got through to be told they are too busy to to deal with my issues, try calling next week. This is a disgrace.

Disgusting Service, never answer the phone and still refusing face to face for the most vulnerable. I wonder how you can sleep at night!
