“Huge thankyou to the kiosk staff and manager at shoreham by sea branch. After having a paypoint voucher issue and trying 8 other stores they resolved my problem so quickly. Even though the shop was busy with Saturday customers they went over and above to help me and resolve the issue. So pleased thankyou x”

“Today I traveled from far for a Lego Star Wars set which was shown by the app to come back in stock. When I arrived the stock wasn't on the shelves. The customer service helped me and a member of the replenishment team. She was lovely and very helpful also the two other ladies at the customer service. I was a very happy customer and still I am. Many thanks.”

“Basically the only shop in Shoreham, me and my friends went on an expedition from the college near by. Didn't let my 4'2 friend buy a monster which was dissapointing but we found some rare skittles (according to my other friend)”

“Good parking. Easily found on the main road between Shoreham and Brighton. The store is spacious and reasonably well stocked. Fruit & Veg as well as fresh foods looked well managed. Frozen section also looked pretty good but was being restocked at the time. Wines were disappointing but beers good. Checkout slow and sadly till #2 did let the overall impression down but maybe he was just having a bad afternoon. Will revisit.”

“I go here most days and it's a friendly store with a reasonable selection of goods. They do tend to randomly run out of things and the fridges seem to break a lot but the staff are really friendly and helpful”

“Big shout out to Tesco Shoreham.. I went to get a few things at their store today with my 4 year old. My 4 year old started a new habit of hiding in the stores. Same thing happened today, but this time I just couldn't find her, after 5 minutes panic kicked in and now I am calling out her name but no Amelia. I grab one of the Tesco's staff and said"can you please help.me I lost my daughter" within minutes an announcement was made for the managers to the customer service desk. . Within in minutes my 4year old was found and brought to me . Thank you for your quick response and for making sure both mum and daughter was okay Abbey Donoghue”
