Good men?s selection with a name band clothing, in good condition. Prices are higher than other stores but this likely helps to reduce resellers. The staff have been nothing but friendly and professional with me.

I went to donate a few bags of goods and was treated like a shoplifter! The person in the store area accused me of ?going over the line? in the doorway, when actually I was stood at the threshold calling out to get their attention. I will stick to donating to the Guild Care next door in future. It?s the first and last time I will ever donate here.

This is the most expensive charity shop with rude staff who do not want to help or server just gosipping at the door.£15 for a shirt £25 for an old jumper and £55 for dirty old shoes and £20 for flip flops.Guess I will never buy from charity again or donate

Very overpriced. £20 for a pair of basic Nikes? Not sure who the shop is targeting, but it certainly isn?t people who can?t afford new.

Overly priced 2nd hand tat ! Whoever prices their stuff is having a laugh just cos its got a brand on they seem to bump the price right up. Its meant to be a charity shop ! Staff could do with some smiles on their faces more.

This is another of the long standing charity shops of Broadwater, many of the others have changed over the years and additional ones have popped up. Whilst this is one of the long standing charity shops the shop itself has changed in terms of the items which they are selling. Previously there was mainly secondhand items and the prices were fairly low. Now however, there is a mixture of both new and old items and the prices are much higher. I have to admit that I prefer to find just secondhand items in charity shops rather than go to them to buy new items which is why there is a lower rating. Additionally I know that other charity shops charge a lower price for very similar items or I can find the items in a car boot sale at an even lower price. Whilst I still check out the stock once a week or so when I am in the area I dont often find anything which suits my needs.
