The staff of Halifax Fiona and Ashley are very unprofessional...they refused to admit that there was huge error in replacement card an pin code of my 86 y.o. dad's bank card, when he wasn't able to access his funds more than 3 weeks and after 3 visits to the branch no apologies was not received.

Worthing Branch. I have banked at the Halifax for a number of years and their staff are very helpful and always polite and hopefully they do not shut this Branch down as I visit this every week.

Incompetence reigns again! They seem not to be able to change my address, 3rd time today. While changing my address they managed to cancel my card! So now a week without card, can't buy anything online! Serious consideration to moving my account elsewhere.

Always found staff friendly helpful and professional here.. I have been with halifax after a recommendation several years ago and I have to say they are far better than Santander and HSBC..

I just drove to the Worthing, paid to park and walked to the branch only to find it's closed for refurbishment, why doesn't the web site have this information? Waste of my lunch break.
