I have always found the reception people at Kwik Fit Worthing to be highly efficient and organised. They even know who you are before you walk in and welcome you by name.

Recently had the worst experience I have ever had from any garage! Before I explain I will say the manager always remained polite and after all was said and done we were not charged for the work. My partners car went in for an M.O.T on a Tuesday, unfortunately they said it had a major fault and needed new engine mounts. They told us it was cost around £120, fine no problem we booked it in to get sorted the next day. They phoned us later that day to tell us they had broken one of the bolts in the gear box. Again understanding these thongs happen. However after this is where it started to get worse. They told us Wednesday (the next day) they would have a specialist engineer in to sort out the problem and drill out the bolt. Called them end of Wednesday where there seemed to be some sort of miss communication between them and my partner and turns out the meant Wednesday week for the engineer. We asked a few times if we could get a courtesy car/hire car in the mean time however we were told "no this isn't our policy". So she was left with no car, us struggling to find ways to get her to and from work (train strikes didn't help). Wednesday week rolls around. Called them at the end of the day only for them to tell us the engineer "called in sick and didn't tell them, they'll have someone else tomorrow". My partner gets a call the following day only to be told an engineer had turned up but broke his drill bit in the gearbox and they needed to replace the gearbox. They also said they just realised the needed to order a special bolt from Nissan. At this point (they've had the car for two weeks) they offer to cover my partner for a hire car for £50 a day, great but this should have been offered from the get go not this late! Eventually the gear box turns up however yet again the engineer doesn't turn up. I was told hopefully we would have the car Monday but at the latest Thursday becuase nissan sent them the wrong bolt.... Monday comes and goes, gets to Thursday still nothing. Give them a call car still isn't done, engineer still hasn't turned up! Finally we got a call on Saturday afternoon to say the car was ready. After almost a month we got the car back. We won't be using kwikfit again, absolute nightmare.

They failed my MOT, then said they didn?t have enough staff to fix it. So i booked elsewhere, then the next day someone else rang to say they could fix it and didn?t sound happy when i said ?no?. You don?t pay them enough and work them too hard, which impacts on customer service

I thought I might need a new wheel as well as the tyre after hitting a huge pot hole but I didn't & the tyre cost less than I thought.

Taking well over an hour to fit 2 new tyres on a pre-arranged booking is a total joke.KWIK fit?.?More like SLOW fit. Also, after driving off, I noticed that one tyre was 3psi too high
