Visited Worthing store today for some lunch the lady totally got orders wrong and swearing under her breath when I was not prepared to accept the wrong order. Totally disgusting behaviour.. lack of customer care and total disrespectful.I was taught respect, politeness to everyone that comes into a store?

Great little foodhall with its own bakery for fresh bread and pastries. Well located. Plenty of automated checkouts, with someone to help if you get stuck.

Cafe is so slow at serving waiting at least 20 minutes to be served .The gentleman then made a mistake with bill and pot of tea tasted awful with perfume. I really won't be visiting again. the cafe again

Something terrible has happened to this cafe. I visited today with my granddaughter. We queued for about 20 mins and to be honest I wish I?d just left rather than wait. The place was filthy. The floor was covered in food, the ?clean? cutlery was dirty, someone had left their tray with half eaten food in front of the cutlery section so you had to reach over to pick it up. There were no serviettes. The food took ages to arrive and when I asked the staff member, he hardly acknowledged me. I watched a staff member fill up the water dispenser with jugs of tap water and the jug was disgustingly dirty. When the food did arrive it wasn?t very nice. Even the cheese scone was dry and hardly had any cheese. My granddaughter enjoyed the ?Colin the Caterpillar frappe?.

I absolutely love M&S produce! It's always good quality and tastes amazing. It's pricey, compared to other shops but well worth it. The only shop where precooked meals doesn't give me an indigestion. Love it!!!

Floor and window sills were disgusting, covered in old food, obviously hadn't been cleaned in some time. Staff unhelpful and disinterested. No saucers. Cake was nice

Love the shop for its clothes and food hall but the cafe is small and the tea is terrible weak tea and horrible skimmed milk it looks like dirty dish water, not forgetting the very small lift to get to the cafe floor. The food hall is always busy but not enough staff on the tills, overall love the shop but need more staff and a bigger lift and the cafe needs to stop serving the dreadful weak cheap tasting tea with the weaker tasting milk.

Disabled toilets are especially bad, M&S seems to believe that the extra space in a disabled toilet is so that they can fill it with bins. Took a photo of three bins in one toilet. The space is needed so people using wheelchairs can manoeuvre and transfer idiots!

Worthing M&S is pretty good. Food hall has a great range of products and the cafe is lovely with great views of the beach

Today i visited the cafe for afternoon tea with my friend and was served by very friendly helpful staff. It was quite busy and we took a seat in the middle of the room hoping to get a seat near the window for the best view of Worthing Pier and the sea. Changing seats i left my handbag on a chair and it was quite a long time until i realised it was missing. Panicked i asked staff and was very relieved and very grateful to learn a member of the staff had found it. A big THANK YOU.

M&S cafe is a favourite of mine. Friendly staff, great coffee and a good variety of sandwiches, cakes etc. It is very popular and always busy and staff do their best to clear and disinfect tables even when short staffed due to sickness.
