Even a one star is too much. Closed my local branch so I drove to Worthing, the nearest branch to me to pay a cheque via the ATM. Unable to do so. I could pay a bill or withdraw cash but couldn't pay money in. Yes I do online banking but no facility to pay in a cheque. Ridiculous and disgusting . Very disappointed .

We've had so many issues with others places such as HSBC, who were always really unhelpful. Everytime we go to Nationwide, they've been great! Especially Elizabeth who goes above and beyond everytime to ensure we leave with all our questions answered.
