I don't really understand why is this post office exists anymore. It has impossible opening times. Some days they leave letters on the doorstep,or like now they couldn't deliver a small parcel. Also failed to leave their red slip with reference number. So I could arrange a redelivery. Obviously not to my flat, instead somewhere to pick it up. Because from them you can't pick it up if you have a job. So they should close that place or run it "user friendly".

Missed a delivery but the card said I could collect from here the next day. There were no staff there to serve me despite waiting over half an hour. No reason given for lack of service. Absolutely disgraceful.

Its never bloody open , really annoying if you miss a package and it goes there, used to be open more and wasn't a problem, sorry postal service your a great institution but this is poor from the P.O , please change the system ?

I moved to Goring last September 2019, from Brighton, and I have to say the service here is 1st class! The team here are efficient and accommodating.I have today used the Royal Mail collect from your home service for a parcel that needed to be returned to a retailer, and it was so easy! I went onto the website and completed the online form, printed the label, and held the parcel ready for the postman to collect it. One of the lovely posties has just picked it up!Royal Mail has improved their service, and I can see this latest offering becoming a success.

The opening times of this place are the most inconvenient times any business can operate, closing at 1pm everyday except Saturdays when it closes at 11:30am. Makes it incredibly hard to deal with, and despite having minimal working hours, the unfortunate few times I've had to pick up a parcel from here, I've been met with a sign saying that they're taking a break and will be back soon.
