“Back in February 2022, we saw Joy and asked if she could put together a package holiday to our favourite hotel in Benalmadena, Spain. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very patient, going through each stage of the booking and before we knew it, our holiday in September 2022 was all put together including holiday insurance. Thereafter until our departure, we were kept informed by Joy, Chelsea and Megan. They were excellent. We had a great holiday. One of the noteable things was the Hays confirmation via our Spanish hotel of the time that our private taxi would collect us for the airport departure. Thus we did not have to contact the taxi company ourselves. Super service. Thank you girls and Hays Travel.”
