I want to thank everyone at yourmove Baildon, the buying process was great and I wasn't expecting the process to be so simple and straightforward when I decided to buy a house and they have played a big part. Sold our old and bought our new house with Baildon Your Move. Whenever we needed access to the new house to measure up or check anything (as the house was empty) Your Move came and opened up so we could enter the property. Everyone was very helpful and it was a quick and smooth process. Special thanks to Wendy who put up with my constant phone calls and questions :) and David for his advice and his patience throughout our endless viewings. Would definitely use Your Move Baildon again.

We purchased 62 Baildon Rd and from start to finish the staff at your move kept us up to date and while purchasing we need to visit the property for workmen etc to gain entry and we was met at the property on time by a agent to let us in and he made time for us to have the work assessed . Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience with Your Move - Baildon. If I could leave 0 stars I would.The staff are the most unhelpful Karen?s I have ever come across in an estate agents. They never answer the phone and avoid questions asked. We submitted an offer for a property and we?re told they could not inform us of the next steps. Absolutely no guidance whatsoever.We were then asked (after our own estate agents chased them on our behalf) to submit our best and final offer. After ringing them 5 minutes to submit this, we were told the seller had ALREADY ACCEPTED the other offer as they are in a better position (we were told it was the exact same as ours).We asked to put ours forward anyway and within seconds I received a rejection email. I very highly doubt this was even put forward to the seller looking at the time between! Completely and utterly unfair and very dishonest practice. Awful experience and I would avoid even viewing any houses with Your move let alone selling a property with them! We will be making a formal complaint. AVOID AVOID AVOID
