I just wanted to say an extra special ??Thank you?? for going out of your way to ensure I was OK, you went above and beyond to check that the funds I was sending to make my house purchase were going to a legitimate account, helping me through the process as it was the last stage of a very long and stressful property purchase. You are a fabulous person and a credit to Lloyds! they are blessed to have you as part of the team. I wish you well and I would like to say I am picking up the keys for my new home today!! Leaving my gran feeling humiliated when she left this morning because they said they said they couldn't understand her shes never nor should be spoke to like she was!!!!! absolutely discusting that member off staff will be getting reported too

Only 1 machine that lets you deposit money and it?s so slow. Staff don?t allow you to go to the desk if it?s not your account and they don?t even let you put money into anyones account unless the person is there, ridiculous. Never had this issue at Barclays.

I've just put a complaint in about the staff at this branch all I wanted to do was put Cash in my account .. They had no idea incompetent!

Visited on Monday 11/06/2018 and it took 30 Minutes to be served. Surprise surprise the automated deposit machine was also not working. Furthermore, only 2 counters were open (which is a regular occurrence) and the queue was to the outside of the branch. With the other banks closing within the town Lloyds Batley is getting busier, yet they are cutting staff on the counters and have only one automatic deposit machine. An absolute shambles really. Will have to consider moving elsewhere as it might be quicker to go to a different bank in another town then waiting for so long here.

Closed when I needed it no warning no reson why no singe or anything weather it's 1 day or more can't get to the other branch as I only hav my dinnertime. Thus is the reson I changed banks in the first place maybe time to change again we will see

The opening times are wrong on Google. It closes on mon-Fri at 4:00PM. On Saturday it closes at 1 PM and it is closed on Sunday
