Interesting, fun, challenging, fair and in places very attractive, the 7th being very special. If it were my home course I’d be very happy indeed. Just a few niggles ( personal to me perhaps) which are.1. The 8th is just too hard for “average” golfers, not fun.2. The greens were woolly & slow but true and fair.3. A few of the T’s had tree branches protruding too far making it almost impossible for a draw.Always a treat to play a McKenzie, Shipley no exception, highly recommend.”
