A rubbish product and service. we brought a sofa from here 2 years ago, the cushions and springs have just gone. save your money and go somewhere else.

We called in to order our third replacement sofas I guess that says it all. The staff were very helpful and hopefully we have ordered sofas that will last this time lol . We wanted electric recliners but it was an extra 1k for the pleasure ouch lol manual reclining for us then.Cheers Duncan and Helen

Staff are friendly enough but don?t really appreciate them leeching on to us when we just want to look around on our own.Also it was a bit awkward seeing the ?regional? manager speaking to a member of staff in a condescending way. Not professional at all.

The sofas have no warranty the one they?ve written on the description not true. I?ve bought a sofa and it was only one month when the the skin of the leather was pilling of now they say it?s not manufactured full a sofa for £2,120 absolutely awful service

My autistic son ordered suite and carpets from here on July 4th. Told suite would be ready about 29th September. Tracked last week and said expected today. Tracked again today and now saying expected 24th November. 5 months for a suite, absolutely ridiculous. Nobody has contacted him, now almost in meltdown.The carpets sere also late being delivered

We ordered our sofa from here on 31/08/23 in good confidence that it would arrive in around 3-4 weeks. Nabila told us we would not have to wait any longer and that she would email them to try get our sofa sooner. We understood this was unlikely anyway but kept our fingers crossed. My partner was heavily pregnant at the time and we made ourselves clear we had just bought our house and was desperate for something to sit on?.. now we have a new born and still no sofa because it?s going to be at least another 3-4 weeks!! So 6 weeks until it has even reached the distribution centre to arrange delivery. I think it?s disgusting what they?ve done to us for a bit of commission and I?m going to be back at work by the time it actually arrives! Would not recommend at all I feel we were lied to and fooled into buying it because it was never going to arrive within 3-4 weeks at all. Really disappointed. These guys seem extremely friendly when you arrive and are quick to ask for 5 star reviews on trustpilot so don?t be fooled?..

No issues with the quality of the furniture or the delivery. Mis informed at point of sale about collecting old furniture. I've asked for the store to call me but not reply. Really poor service, wouldn't buy from here again as you can't trust what you're told.

Absolutely awful avoid at all costs!! Communication is non existent. It has been a constant battle of ignored phonecalls emails and messages, had numerous problems such as our sofa arriving damaged and refusing for months to do anything about it......we are still waiting for it to be replaced.....in the sale we had agreed delivery in the price however we were NOT told we had to pay the delivery people ourselves and be refunded very unprofessional and completely caught me off guard when they asked for money upon delivery, we had the care package included in our sale......so far must have asked 40-50 times for it, finally got sent the WRONG ONE, continued asking numerous times for the correct one to be sent, even drove all the way back to Leeds to ask in person were promised one would be delivered, funnily enough we are still waiting. Honestly the list goes on it has left me in tears. Do NOT give this company your money they are an absolute joke and you will be left high and dry if there is a problem.

Went to SCS yesterday and staff were welcoming, but not too in your face either. We cannot thank Michael the deputy manager at Birstall. He was so informative and helpful!

Everything was going well until we were suspected of being thieves by an employee he muttered under his breath ?Did They Pay For That?. I was shocked why he queried that. Why would I walk out with a £49.00 carpet and ruin my whole life it was stupid! This person started waffling and yapping on about my apologies. Whatever Salesman?s and Saleswoman?s were good except this one man.
