but was out of stock almost everywhere so I decided on a cross snd chain and s heart pendant and chain onlyfor the assistant to say they wasn't in stock but was availa le at foster square I proceed to this said store at the other rnd of the city of bradford and guess what they said sorry out of stock but available at guiseley yes the same store that sent me to the other side of the city th too late to get there now so no gifts afew hrs of my time and a few quid in petrol later still no gifts thanx argoshope you do better when you find out which end you will try in future to use anywhere rlse before attempting argosr arse is at

Sarah was very helpful, polite and professional, helping me with my purchase and my exchange. The service in this store is a disgrace, i tried to return a faulty item yesterday only to be greeted by rude staff who basically told me to go away and that i had to return the item to Nintendo? i bought the console from Argos and it is not working why would i need to send to Nintendo, really not interested in helping me

Came here a while ago and bought headset for Xbox was convinced to buy insurance was promised it was like for like replacement but it wasn't not even close do not buy product insurance from Argos it's usless

I just wanted to say how Lisa went out of her way to help me out when I purchased an item which was incomplete. The item was re-ordered from another store for delivery the following day, when I visited the store to collect after 5pm Lisa was still there having been due to finish at 3.30pm. The replacement item wasn't available despite her searching through all the days' deliveries. Placing phone calls Lisa tracked another replacement down and arranged for it to be dropped off to her personally so that I could collect it later today. She really did go above and beyond. THANK YOU Lisa your efforts were much appreciated. I hope your Manager recognises your worth to Argos.

Like all Argos stores you find the item you want in the catalogue take the item num ber and order and pay for it at the counter, most items are in stock, larger items may have to be ordered and usually collected within a couple of days

The staff have a bad attitude and this goes right up to speaking with the manager. He ignored my problem and it was un resolved. I measure a company on its way of dealing with problem resolving and not a day to day simple click and collect service!!!Hopefully head office would look at all the negative reviews when i point this out to them and realise there is something majorly wrong with this store and sort it out!

They say they have in stock you order on line and pay for item than comes up pick up in 5 days rang them and they said cancel which I did now get email saying takes 5 days before you get money back in to account even sick turpin were a mask so dont order from these people not interested in customer staff at argos in harrogate road very rude and he did not give a monkey wont go back again

During this covid lockdown avoid purchasing from this argos. They make you queue up with all the sainsbury shoppers. I had already paid for my item and I would have expected a separate queue like other argos I.e. whiterose pudsey etc.

Nice friendly staff, I use click and collect never any problems, Bought 2 items from eBay that Argos didn't do I'm collecting tomorrow. I find price's have risen but you can say that about everything these days. Keep doing what you do you won't go wrong.
