This is one of my worst experience ever with a bank, first they close my account for no reason and they denied access to my funds. And when i go to the branch with my 5 months old baby, they did the procedure and promised a return call within 24 hours. No call was made and I had to call every single day to have access to my ?OWN MONEY? this is a disgrace and absolute utter disgrace. I have never seen a bank like this ever.And every time an agent answered the call they would give me a different answer. I had to go to the branch multiple times. And when i said i want to file a complaint they literally made me wait with my sick baby for one hour and there were people surpassing us.Highly disappointed with the service and my advice to everyone to never open an account in this bank.Zeinab and Alison an online agents really helped me but the agents in the bank were just giving me computer generated answers with no actions.This experience gave me and my family alot of distress and mental unease.

Very bad service especially from one of bank-staff Aysha, she told me to get a bank statement it will take 10 working days and all her colleagues told me before it will be only 5 working days. I didn?t know whom should I believe. And I Leo I didn?t like her tune in her speech with me.

First and last time I went in Barclays branch in bradford Town centre. Very poorly run branch. Staff not trained properly, gave me wrong advice which could have resulted me loosing my house. I had to wait an hour and half to transfer my money. Alots of staff in the branch but they are all stood in corner and talking but not actually helping the customers. I wanted to speak to the manager but they didn't let me.Halifax and HSBC a lot better then this bank.I was thinking to open saving account but not any more, will be closing my current account soon.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Banks used to be businesses that cared about their customers, listened to them. Made things convenient and accessible for them. With this bank, the number of branches have diminished, the number of customer service representatives have diminished in their only remaining branch in Bradford City centre. To top it off they don't care what the customers think. Its all about profit. Year on year their profits have increased and their services degraded. Wish there was an alternative model.

Never have I been treated as bad in this establishment as anywhere else. Got my card stolen, no one believed me because they stole it from my mailbox alongside with my pin. They tried to blame me for spending the money myself while I was crying and heavy breathing. When this kept happening, I kept being mistreated, instead of helped. When I asked if I could get a new card and pick it up myself over receiving it in the mail, I was lied to and said that was impossible to do by 3 of your employees every single time. Only on the forth time, Amanda was kind and told me it was possible to do the cards in store. So your disgusting employees' lies actually allowed my card to be stolen oven and over again, when stealing someone's identity this way isn't even illegal so I have no resources to get my money back. Your establishment is absolutely horrible. Never in my life had a person tell me over and over again I was lying about such an important thing. You'll be sued soon.

Drove all the way into Bradford, paid for parking. Got to the bank only to be told that there is no counter service on Saturdays. We must come back on Monday. What a waste of time. Don't see the point of it being opened just for arm's. Absolute joke!!!!

Fantastic, full of enthusiasm and a jolly guy called Ed treated me & family excellently.Employees bring about a pleasant vibe there.However bloke called Mike was a bit abrupt with me seemed to be impatient from the start for a reason that remains unknown.

Very slow service little or no urgency for customer service.You will never see good staff cover at lunch time.Lord of staff pottering around the floor but hardly any where needed.Get more training done.Identify and ask what your customer wants.Trust me I wouldn't be here if I didn't have to and yes I do have the app
