This rating refers to this visit only. I wanted two toasters. There was limited choice of the type I wanted (not the fault of the shop, more to do with current style preferences). The only choices were display models. That was fine. However, I did expect a discount on the display price of £99 each. I would have been happy with 5% off. I was offered 20% off, but to get that, I had to buy a kettle with each toaster, as well as how ever many cover plans were needed for what was now 4 items. I needed two toasters. That was all I needed. I didn't need two kettles. I left with nothing.

I had occasion to visit your store today.The staff were very helpful,in particular a chap called Asim. He was very knowledgeable about the products,patient and courteous.It was a pleasure dealing with him.He is a credit to your company.

Manager ASIM, very very aggressive person, have no manors at all. Dealing with a bunch of lies. He said he dont care about customers as he is a manager and i have find some low level person to find out the product as he can not do this becaus3 he is a manager and he is not answerable to any one. Very awful behaviour. Stay away guy's from this branch.

What amazing customer service! Faiza what a wonderful sales assistant! Full of knowledge, nothing was to much trouble! Saw the entire sale through from start to finish, even worked out the best deal for us as a family! 100% recommend her service and the store! Was not impressed with curry?s, the delivery driver changed my delivery date and time without any notification, and I had paid for a slot and installation of a tv, which didn?t get done, I was very disappointed, won?t be using them for a long time

They was no customer service at all. We asked for a fridge and was just given a number on a scrap peace of paper and told take that to the tills. We did and once we paid we was told just wait at the end snd someone will bring it. 45 minutes later we asked hiw long it was going to be to be told they hadn't sent for it yet but they was doing it now. 1 hour to get a fridge from the back

I was served at Foster Square bradford by Faiza , judging from her service I thought she had been working there for years but looked too young so I asked she said she'd only been there 2 weeks. She was very knowledgeable on the product and seemed very experienced, she was very polite and helpful. I would give 5 stars for the service. Thank you .
