I wouldn?t even give them 1 star, the staff are so unprofessional they always losing parcels don?t even help the customers I went in here looking to buy some trainers worst experience ever definitely do not recommend. They didn?t even bother to go check if items are in stock left me waiting for 20 minutes no communication regarding the shoes I requested.

Ordered some shoes online, but it was the wrong size. My roommate picked the shoes up since I had to be self-quarantined for two weeks. Figured out that my shoes were too big, so I?ve sent them back. Received a message that the shoes have been used. This is clearly a scam. How can you use shoes outside when I had to be self-quarantined for 2 weeks. Don?t order your shoes online, this store is such a joke.

Ordered an online order, arrived in store to collect after receiving my order, to then be told they couldn't find my order and it must not have arrived. Another person went to look, no luck. The manager then decides to come over and have a look after 10 minutes manages to find it. Then I've had to wait for the people at the tills who've not been waiting as long to then be served before me. This store is a shed, was a mess. It was dark and horrible and nobody seemed to want to be there staff wise ?. Absolute joke, will not be returning.

Great shop with some great clothes then you may wonder why I have decided to go for a 2 star rating..well yesterday I go in after ordering something online to collect from store. Its eid so was very busy. Waited in que for 40 mins to be told by customer service assistant that he cant find it. He looked at the back around 5 times. Finally his manager finds it after keeping me waiting for ages. So been In a hot busy store for an hour because of an incompetent system. When my clothes finally arrive I tell the assistant I have to return something..he tells me you must join the back of the que again...wtf??? I lost it....and they have a lost a loyal customer
