The 5 stars are for the Guiseley branch!! Outstanding. I ordered 2 new bulbs and paid extra to have them fit at the Harrogate store. I arrived and they showed me to a drive in garage and the guy changed both bulbs. I drop away (daytime) thankful that my lights were working. I drive down country roads for almost all my journey to and from work. I noticed quite quickly that the left bulb was not working properly. I was struggling to see anything. I called the customer service number who told me to go to my nearest store with my receipt and they would fix it. The two you men working there this evening were amazing!! Not only had the original guy put the bulb in wrong, not clipped the bulb setting back in correctly he had also left the discarded bulbs under my bonnet!! The Guiseley staff are and were amazing! A credit to the company! Harrogate may need some more training!

Very helpful, told them what i needed, they looked it up and went and got me it even offered to fit it for an extra fee ( handy) even the guy on the till was pleasant. I am going back for a new dash cam and it fitting.

Right worst experience ever bought a Carrera vengance went home with it not even a day the cranks were loose the brakes won?t working properly I returned it I got a new bike (payed more cash) I got a Carrera hellcat rlly good bike apart from having to buy a bleed kit and oil bc it wasn?t done correctly one week later the disc brake bolts got loose and I went for a ride till the back wheel got seized n chaos happened I went into Halford spent another £100? More faulty items and the person was smoking on job?? Can?t wait to sue you guys!

Bitterly disappointed with customer service.It was bad enough when I went into the store to try out a couple of bikes and was fobbed off onto the work experience student who could get down the bikes I wanted but had very little knowledge of them and didn't ask me about what I was looking for.I selected the bike I wanted, ordered it online with some accessories and thought I'd got a pretty good deal - I'd taken advantage of a couple of offers and used a gift card. When I went to place the order, there was a technical hitch that meant my account was charged without the order being placed.I thought it was a bit odd I didn't get any confirmation. I spent a lot of time chasing up their customer service team as to whether they had the order or not. A week later, I'm still in correspondence trying to get the same goods that I did for the same price. Very unimpressed.
