Hmv is a great place to go for music and rare snacks and figures. On top of that they sell good quality headphones and earphones too.

Had a bad experience with a staff member. A female staff member without any manners what so ever made a passive aggressive dig at me for folding a t-shirt incorrectly when I was putting it back. So rude. I will not be going back. HMV failed to take my complaint seriously and I was unable to reply back to their unsatisfactory responce.Edit (As I cant reply back to the response below, I have already been down this route to no avail. Shocking treatment of customers. I think this store will be losing quite a bit of trade this year.)
