The worst kind of customer service is where people with knowledge don't impart that knowledge freely for the good of others.Newly diagnosed with diabetes, told that the medication would be free, go to pick it up and basically stonewalled by two arrogant people who tell me I need a medical exepmption certificate.No attempt to tell m how to get one, no acknowledgement from them that the nurse told me that diabetes medication is free, just stone faced unhelpful arrogance... I wouldn't even mind, but I was the only one there - it's not like they were too busy to help.If these people had cared more they could have told me to get a form from reception to complete to get the certificate. No, they just CHOSE to look at me and be unhelpful.Shocking. Suggest you do some customer service training. It doesn't take much to be helpful.

What the Hell!! They don't value your time. All staff stood in back talking and asked how long for my prescription after half an hour then got reply "they're printing it now". If hadn't asked God knows how long would be sat there. It wasn't as if they were busy, only one other customer in.Absolutely Ridiculous!

Please avoid this pharmacy at all costs.took my sons prescription to ages to get the items and then told we owe you come tomorrow it will be ready rang to see if the items were ready or not was told they only owe item and even that was the wrong size when clearly they owed 2 items spoke to the guy in charge he was so rude and told me to be quiet and not shout when I clearly was not shouting put me on hold and told me he won't deal with me and his colleague would talk to me and then put the phone down know I have to wait another day to get the medicine if you can't deal with people with respect don't work absolute idiots working there won't be using these idiots ever again

Omg the staff are absolutely rude and miserable. They make u wait at the counter for ages and walk past u like your a ghost! When u purchase something they have no manners, no thank you or no please. They not caring at all. Made me wait ages for my medication. I wasn't the only one being ignored. They so unprofessional. No one smiles. Please bring some decent staff in who will help patients! This is not the first time either. Also they leave their phone on engaged so u can't get threw to them!

Was promised a work pattern which I thought was great as this was a new job opportunityOn arrival it was made apparent to me the staff had a clear lack of responsibility, no ownership of work and there were multiple risks to patients which I highlighted to staff. This is probably down to the fact that the majority of staff were are all relatively new starters and management weren?t at all concerned!I subsequently raised these issues with the relevant bodies and suggest you do too.As a dispenser and Locum of four years I?ve not seen anything more appalling than this pharmacy, would give zero stars if I could, avoid at all costs!Didn?t go back for a second day of work. Since then I?ve been ignored multiple times when I?ve tried to get in touch, extremely unprofessional is an understatement.

The ridge pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves my husband visited the pharmacy on the 25th may to collect some different medication for iron because he couldn't take the tablets because thay hurt his stomach and was subsequently been laugh at by the pharmacists behind the counter which is disgraceful towards a customer

This pharmacy is a nightmare since it?s been taken over. You never get an answer on the phone so always have to go down to the pharmacy. Lady in grey at the front count is really rude most of the time or on a power trip When ever iv had the pleasure of seeing her. ( get a new job love,if you don?t want to be there)So unprofessional had a number of issues low stock if medication, delivery driver being rude etc. you call they say sorry and it happens all over again.Needs a restructure or a new company to take over as it can?t get any worse.I have raised my issues several times via email and telephone at no avail, I will be attending a more structured pharmacy.

Since covid we have been having our medication delivered, it's never an easy process, as there is always some problem. But as a person with osteoarthritis who relies on pain meds to alleviate some of the problem, and they aren't delivered it's frustrating. The new chap delivered my husband's and somebody else's medication to our door, my husband gave it back, told him my details he said he would be back. I then call and find out it's "delivered" which it's not... they said they would call back, I waited hours and called them to be told they are sending it out, but inhalers are missing don't know when due back. I currently have covid, breathing is an issue

This pharmacy was excellent before the new guys have come. They never have the items you need always out of stock leaving you to wait for 3-4 days and even then it's not guaranteed. They give you a specific day for delivery and never deliver on that day.
