Can't really say much, apart from the lady that I saw, Joanna was really pleasant, polite and very friendly, even though my Daughter was a little shy to talk to her, she didn't give up or push her, very helpful, I give her 5 stars ??

I visited the bank to change my name after marriage. The staff members were kind and polite. I only had to wait 5 minutes, then the whole process was quick. I'm happy with the service.

Waiting 20 minutes to see someone, then was told I had to see a manager on which he was no help, absolutely no compassion on my situation, no help whatsoever, I?m glad I don?t bank with Lloyds they are useless, I came away in tears, thanks a lot to the manager there who has no heart.

Went there for new account and the person refused to accept NHS registration letter as proof of address, asked to bring new letter from Surgery stating this person is registered here. Next day I went back to him with letter from NHS Surgery stating this person is registered here and signed by Doctor too but this person again refused to accept it and asked to bring letter on Doctor's letter head and not NHS. Nhs said this letter is acceptable by all banks and this is the only one we issue to all.I asked to speak to manager and this coward then claimed to be manager. Extremely pathetic service and nonsense behavior.He didn't care about my 63 age and would say anything hilarious to satisfy his career aspirations as a clown.
