I forgot her name .. muslim girl she said that her family were foster carers...\\nShe is an assest to your store she is so so so friendly and approachable and chatty with a smile on her face ... she really stood out to me you don't get many people like her ... your other workers can learn a thing or two from her...

I came in this week with directory returns. The assistant at the counter to the right side of the store served me. She then asked for some sort of form with details of my return. I told her Iâ??ve never had to do this. She started giving me bullcrap about items going missing and getting wiped off the system and therefor needs to check my order form. I have been in this store several times and a loyal customer for over 9 years who spends thousands online with Next and nobody with the new system ever asks for ID or order slips. The previous system yes they did as I worked in Next for years too. The new system now doesnâ??t ask for forms to cross returned items out. I looked at her knowing she was lying to a customer to act like she knows it all but I go to huddersfield, birstall, dewsbury and bradfrod store and nobody ever asked me for order-slips or ID when returning items as itâ??s all on the system and automatically comes up, at the end the customer needs to confirm verbally the name and thatâ??s how itâ??s been! What s liar she was!! Absolutely shocked and appalled at disgusting lying assistant. Be careful with the staff at this store. They will make alsorts up for some reason . Have complained to head office about her behaviour and training
