“Honestly got the comfiest of mattresses and such polite staff in 28 degrees heat they offered cold bottled water was polite and very kind and had the best customer service for our first move we have the best matress”

“It's a small retail park,just a few retailers. Always lots of available parking when I've been. There's a Gym,a very nice Scandinavian furniture store,and a very large Iceland frozen and other foods and household items. All in all a great little spot.”

“A nice selection of books upstairs, the shop could do with some internal work and it's a it bare downstairs - but overall a good charity shop, especially if you're looking for books.”

“A Roman shop is always a delight for me... unfortunately i have so many of their dresses there wasn't anything new that caught my eye. Great staff and great clothes though! I love their dresses.”

“Just bought a new bed from here. There's two people who work here that we know of, I think he may be called Sam and the lady is relatively new to the branch.Both of them are stars. Were very helpful and the best thing about these folks was two occasions we paid for some extra service, one being installation of the bed, and they couldn't do it but they immediately refunded that cost, they're very quick to action this.Overall, great experience buying a new bed and they chucked us 4 new pillows with the purchase which was a nice gesture.”

“The security guard gives you quite an intimidating look on the way in which I think is weird.If I was there to steal, you'd be giving me that look as I tried to leave right? Besides him, the staff are lovely. Glad to see they've manned the upstairs checkouts.”

“This review is purely for Ash the manager not for USC or the business. had trouble at the till and I couldn’t get my order so left without my top but the money still left my account came back and spoke to ash without any hesitation he got on the phone to customer service was told I’d get money back same day still didn’t go in week later visited again he got on the phone again and still didn’t go in for another week. Ash responded to me out of work hours and did all he could for me. Money is in now but left me with uncertainty in future transactions with USC should not of gone of that far. Last words can’t thank Ash enough.”

“Very friendly staff & helpful. Extended warranty is a must nowadays as things are not build to last anymore. Argos are brilliant any issues with in the warranty they’ll replace it .highly recommended as you don’t send the item to manufacturers, Argos takes care if it.”
