Decent place, clean and tidy. Staff seem to be fine but can do more to engage with customers. Not once was I asked, "is everything okay". They could have gone the extra mile.But that's not the reason why I have given a 2*. The main reason for this is because once purchased, there doesn't seem to be any plastic carrying bags. They usually sell you the one that is for £1.50 and you pretty much got no choice but to purchase it or walk out with your shopping in your hands and arms!Not the first time it's happened, hence why the frustration.
