Went to collect my new prescription for hrt gel. Was attended to by an absolute gem of a pharmacist who took the time to look up my old tablet dose and how that related to the new gel dose. She was so well informed that i actually felt emotional walking away like She understood and cared. I noticed her name badge but brain fog has hit me and i cant remember her name now but what an impression she made first class service.

Attitude is very poor, rather carry on chatting than serve you (Customers can hear your conversations by the way!). Was told it would take at least 15 minutes to dispense a prescription for antibiotics by a surly blonde haired assistant to whom I appeared to be a major inconvenience. I get my regular prescriptions from pharmacy2u now because I got so fed up with the poor service here.Took my prescription back and went to the nearby pharmacy on buttershaw lane who dealt with my prescription efficiently and in a friendly manner so I will return there in future for any non repeat prescriptions.

Lady who initially served me was lovely. Twice now I have used this and it has taken 45/50 minutes to get my prescription after being told a waiting time of 15 minutes. More interested In standing round having a chin wag. Only 1 other person before me which was served and given prescription quite promptly.
Good job I have an hour for lunch otherwise would be late back.
Very poor service and customer service.

What a fabulous pharmacy this is, just visited gasping to breathe, asking if they could sell me an inhaler, to ease my breathing difficulty, explained my usual medication gp, and presenting I'D, pharmacist could see I was having difficulty getting my breath, and without any fuss, or usual red tape sold me my medication, what a life saver, half an hour later I'm breathing again, and quality of life restored!!!! Thank God for these people with common sense,
THANKYOU FROM A VERY GREATFUL CUSTOMER
