Has everything you might need as it's a big store. However at the checkout when there are queues they need to put on more staff quicker at busier times. I will avoid shopping here early or late as they expect us to self checkout. It is extremely annoying as some things don?t scan or you get the ?unexpected item in the baggage area? message for no reason. So you have to stand there waiting for staff to help. It?s a waste of time. I stood waiting for staff for ages once and I walked out after leaving all my shopping there. Went to Asda instead.

Absolutley rude staff on customer service - brought back a top which I didnt have a receipt for however I was told on a previous trip that if I brought my club card they could have a look at this for me and maybe let me have an exchange if in date of returning which I was happy with. Came back today around. 11.20am explained this to the staff and was basically pushed to one side and told to wait for another member of staff to arrive again explained the situation and then was told yes just do it... do what????! The lady said just do it as I would only get over ridden by higher member of staff anyway. I could only presume she meant exchange. I was that annoyed how they spoke to me that I picked my bag back up and walked out. We normally spend around £200 per week on food shopping but they have just lost this customer. I would suggest sending these two ladies on a customer service course.. several of them!!!!

I was appalled by the disgusting behaviour by a male member of staff at this particular branch of Tesco. His name is 'Raez or Raef' (I was told by another member of staff) and is probably in his 20s. This idiot was stacking shelves and while I was stood in the cake section with a trolley he walked over to me and in the most disrespectful fashion motioned me to move out of the way with his hand (so he could presumably stack the shelves in this section). He didn't have the decency to say 'excuse me' (or anything for that matter) but motioned for me (a customer) to move out of the way with his hand. The moron was in full uniform when he did this. I informed him that he should say 'excuse me' and rather than apologise for his rudeness he arrogantly asked me 'why I was raising my voice'. We then argued for a minute or so and the idiot also refused to give us his name. He refused to apologise for his disgustingly bad manners and instead chose to be aggressive. I had a discussion with a manager at the store who stated that they would 'have a discussion with him'. 'Having a discussion' is not good enough as far as I am concerned and serious disciplinary action needs to be taken against this person 'Raez or Raef' or whatever his name is. I have been to many Tesco stores around the UK and have never had to put up with such a disrespectful and arrogant staff member. To make matters worse this idiot was working on the shop floor. Someone with this type of arrogant attitude should be nowhere near a shop floor and should be severely disciplined as it is a very poor reflection on Tesco and their management. I have also separately contacted the Tesco customer service complaints team regarding this matter.

Has very good toilets and fitting rooms and alot of food and bath and shower items fully stocked and halal and fish I will come down with my dad, Uncles, and Tom my family.

Big shop floor, lots of choices, but rather expensive. Make sure you have a Clubcard before you go in order to get some respectable discounts.
