Worst customer service I've ever received, I will not be using this store again, I went to pick something up and the guy at the counter was extremely rude and would not serve me due to an age restricted item, I'd come many miles, showed I have a card and also drive but that wasn't enough, I've been here before and nobody has questioned it before, I would stay well clear from this store and the guy at the counter needs firing! I'd give 0 stars if I could, waste of time....

Customer service was so bad and hostile BOTH times I went there. if you ask a question they either don?t answer or they just not bothered. I guess I should?ve done my research and just used the website to check the stock. definitely won?t be returning.

Lovely staff the women who served me was very nice and polite, she was very helpful when I was unsure exactly what i wanted I think her name was jade, very friendly would reccomend going here although best to check the catalogues on arrival so you know what to get because there are many variety of products.

Bad service. Stood waiting in the que to be served for 15 mins and someone came for a collection and jumped the que after been prompted by the sales assistant. Rude staff!!

Really helpful staff, the young guy on the counter was very professional and made sure I wasn?t waiting around too long. Best social distancing I?ve seen by a shop currently and although busy didn?t feel like I was queuing for ages.
